摘    要:实验结果表明,传统的四象限探测仪测角算法具有较大的误差。既使落在各个象限的光斑面积均未到饱和,最大误差也在二十角秒以上。本文给出一种新的四象限测角仪测角算法,这种算法不仅可用于在线测量,而且可使最大测量误差降低到2.3761角秒。

Abstract:It has been proved by experiment that the traditional Angle measurement algorithm of the detector with four quadrants is of big measurement error.Even if the area of beam spot in every quadrant isn't saturate,the maximum error is still above 20 seconds.The paper puts forward a new angle measurement algorithm of the detector with four quadrants.The algorithm not only can be used in angle measurement on line,but also can reduce the maximum error to 2 second.
