摘    要:为研究骨组织工程材料的成形性能,基于低温沉积制造工艺,研究了PLGA/TCP配制成浆料的浓度、粘度对成形性的影响.首先测定了材料的粘度随浓度的变化关系,然后对不同浓度的材料进行成形,发现材料的粘度对宏观成形效果起着决定性的作用,同时浓度变化使试样的微观结构具有较大差异.因此,可以通过控制浓度即粘度来调整试样的宏观、微观成形效果.

Abstract:In order to make research on the forming property,the relations among temperature,viscosity andforming property of the composite of PLGA/TCP are discussed,based on the process of Low-temperature DepositionManfacturing(LDM).Firstly the relation between concentration and viscosity is studied.The materials of various con-centration are formed,through which it can be seen that the viscosity is the key factor for the macroscopical impres-sion,but microcosmic structures are quite different relative to the concentration.So,it is concluded that the macrocos-mic and microcosmic requirements can be satisfied by adjusting the concentration which can lead to necessary viscosi-ty.
