| 摘 要： | 在基于IP的3G移动网络中,SIP将是主要的信令协议。IMS第五版本要求支持SIP的服务器具有拥塞控制能力。SCTP是为IP网传输电话信令而设计的,但它的许多特征也适用于传输SIP消息(如拥塞控制机制)。文章研究了如何用SCTP传输SIP信令消息。

| Abstract: | SIP will be the dominant signaling protocol in the third mobile network which is IP_based. In the IMS release 5,the SIP server needs an intelligent congestion Control mechanism.SCTP is designed for transporting signaling messages in IP networks(?)"but its many features are useful to transport SIP messages,(such as congestion control mechanism).This paper studies how to transport SIP signaling messages over SCTP. |
