铸态薄壁中小件高强韧球铁的研制

摘    要:为稳定生产铸态薄壁中小件高强韧球铁,采取了以下技术措施:①合理选用化学成分;②采用冲天炉与电炉双联熔炼工艺,进行两次脱硫获得高温、低氧化、低硫的优质铁液;③使用盖包法球化处理工艺,以获得较高的球化率;④选用低稀土球化剂FeSiMg8RE3;⑤用含Sb、Ba的多元微量复合孕育剂进行孕育处理,以获得恰当的珠光体和铁素体比例。

Abstract:In order to increase high strength and toughness of as-cast ductile iron,the following measures were tried:① selecting rational chemical composition;②adopting the double smelting technology of the cupola and electric furnace, carrying out the two times desulphufization to obtain low sulphur and low oxide liquid iron with high temperature;③using ttmdish-cover nodulizing process to obtain higher spheroidization rate;④choosing low rare earth nodulizer FeSiMg8RE3;⑤ adopting the rational inoculation technology with Sb,Ba elements to obtain right rate of pearlite and ferrite.
