微冻胶堵剂在提高石油采收率中的研究进展

摘    要:该文在分析国内外微冻胶堵剂发展前沿的基础上,通过与其他冻胶类堵剂的对比,提出了微冻胶堵剂相对于其他类型堵剂的特点。详细介绍了微冻胶堵剂的两种制备方法———剪切交联法和乳液聚合法,总结了国内外对微冻胶堵剂的研究和表征方法。通过分析发现,微冻胶粒径、颗粒间相互作用以及在孔隙介质表面的黏附能力是影响微冻胶堵剂性能的主要因素。对我国储层非均质性严重的油藏来说,用不同粒径微冻胶封堵地层是提高采收率的可行方法。引用文献56篇。

Abstract:By reviewing the development of plugging agent for improved oil recovery(IOR),this paper presents the characteristics of microgel plugging agent in comparison with several kinds of polymer gel plugging agents.Preparation methods of microgel including gelation under shear and emulsion polymerization are particularly introduced.Research methods of microgel are summarized.Main factors influencing the capacity of microgel plugging agent include the size,interaction between microgels and adhesiveness on the surface of porous media.For severely heterogeneous reservoirs of China,plugging the formation pores of microgel with different radii is the feasible method of IOR.56 references are cited.
