板坯高温加热制造Hi-B取向硅钢

热轧前，板坯进行两阶段加热，即，煤气加热炉加热阶段和电磁感应加热炉加热阶段，前者温度范围为1000～1170℃，这时的保护气氛为O2≤2％；后者温度范围为1380～1470℃，这时的O2浓度为≤3000ppm，保温时间为5～25min。高温高效加热需满足条件：20≤X·ω／（T＋273）]^1/2≤60（1＋Q／P）。
