模具市场的加工作业统一调度问题研究

摘    要:由于模具市场作业排序过程非常复杂 ,现提出了一种复合式模具市场作业排序方法 ,依据基本优先规则首先完成单一工序作业 ,然后对多工序作业用改进遗传算法进行工艺优化 ,求出最优解和次优解 ,再使用评价函数法选择最佳作业路线的排序方法。本方法在生产试验中取得了良好的成效 ,能够较好满足模具用户和加盟企业两方面的需要。

Abstract:Since the job scheduling process of the die&mould market is very complicated,a compound job scheduling method has been proposed.Single operation jobs are to be completed first based on the basic priority rule.And then multi-operation jobs are optimized with improved genetic algorithm,the optimum solution and sub-optimum solution are calculated,and the best job routine is finally selected by the evaluation function method.Ideal results have been achieved in production experiments by this compound method.It can well meet the demands of both the customer and the joined machining enterprise.
