涡轮增压器转子的振动分析及故障诊断

摘    要:某型汽车涡轮增压器高速转子正常工作时转速每分钟可达十万转,由于该涡轮增压器在使用及出厂实验过程中经常发生转静子碰磨故障,该故障危害严重一旦发生往往导致增压器设备完全报废。针对这一问题,对50多台涡轮增压器进行了振动测试,并对测量信号应用HP3567A进行了频谱分析。根据所测信号自功率谱、瀑布图以及阶次跟踪图的特点,确定了该转子的振动特点,找出其发生碰磨故障的主要原因,为产品的排故提供了依据。

Abstract:The rotating speed of the light supercharger rotor often reaches 100,000 rpm. During experiments and employment of the supercharger, faults that the rotating blade rubbed against the stator often happened. This fault is very dangerous and it can often make the whole system lose efficiency, in order to find the reasons of the fault, the three dimensions vibration signals of more than 50 superchargers were measured and were analyzed by signal analysis apparatus-HP3567A. According to analyze self-power spectrum, waterfall spectrum and tracking spectrum of the signals, the rotor vibration features were determined and the reasons that cause the rubbing fault were found out. These results can help us to get rid of the rubbing fault.
