| Abstract: | The definition and peculiarity of colloidal solution and gelation were introduced, and the preparation of colloidal solution and gelation, the major chemistry problems and the factors influencing the formation of sol-gel were also reported. The advantage of sol-gel method, technological process of heat treatment and sol-gel method application in the fields of green inorganic synthetic chemistry and preparation of new type materials were reviewed. |
