天然气膜法脱水净化技术及应用

摘    要:天然气脱水净化是保证天然气正常传输和使用的基本环节,膜法脱水技术与传统的溶剂吸收,物理吸附,冷却分离等具有较大的技术优势和发展潜力,本文介绍了天然气膜法脱水技术原理,特点,总结了吹扫和真空两种天然气膜脱水技术工艺,给出膜法脱水应用实例,并对集成净化技术进行分析。

Abstract:It is crucial to remove water vapor from natural gas for the transportation and utilization. Membrane dehydration is a potential and developing technologycompared with conventional processes such as chemical absorption, physical adsorption and cryogenic cooling. The principle and characteristic of membrane dehydration technology are presented as well as two processes which use vacuum or sweeping gas in membrane permeate side is illustrated. An example of membrane dehydration process is given. And integrated technologies of natural gas purification are also analyzed.
