预荷电喷雾降尘技术的研究

摘    要:应用荷电后的水雾粒能有效捕集直径为0.1~2μm的尘粒的特点。研究成功不需要外电源就能使水雾荷电的电介喷嘴及预荷电高效喷雾降尘技术。实验室试验和井下使用结果表明,这种喷雾降尘技术对总粉尘,特别是对呼吸尘具有显著的降尘效果。

Abstract:Based on the fact that the char ged water spray can effectively cap-ture the dust in size range of 1~2μthe dielectric spray nozzles which can make hte spray charged without external power supply and the precharged high-eficiency dust suppression technque have been studied successfully.The laboratory tests and underground application show that this dust suppression technique has re-markable effect on the total dust,especially on the respirable dust.
