燃气轮机功率影响因素分析及对策

摘    要:从叶片结垢、入口空气温度、内件老化、漏气、修复件等方面分析影响燃气轮机功率的原因,提出具体解决对策.通过增加空气冷却系统和采取措施降低燃气轮机的功率损失后,保证机组按100%负荷稳定、长周期运行.

Abstract:From the aspects of blade fouling, inlet air temperature, ageing of internals, air leaking and spare parts for repair, etc., analyzes factors influencing the power of gas combustion turbine, and proposes specific solutions. By installing air cooling system and decreasing power loss of gas combustion turbine, our company ensures the compressor bundle stable and long term operation at 100%.
