摘    要:介绍改善PE管材耐环境应力开裂(ESCR)性能的意义,讨论PE分子量及其分布、结晶度、分子链结构,以及PE组合成分中炭黑、抗氧剂、填充剂等对PE管材ESCR性能的影响和成型工艺对管材ESCR性能的影响,并提出改善PE管材ESCR性能的措施。

Abstract:It is important to improve the environmental stress-crack resistance(ESCR) of PE pipe. The influence of the PE molecular weight and its distribution, the degress of crystallinity, the structure of molecular chain and the components in PE such as carbon black, an-tioxidant and fillers, as well as the moulding processing of the pipe on ESCR is discussed. Measures to improve ESCR of PE pipe are put forward in this paper.
