武器装备纵向测试性研究

针对测试性工程中的纵向测试性和纵向测试兼容性问题进行研究。分析了测试兼容性设计的重要作用；深入研究了武器装备研制、生产和使用各个阶段中维修体制的确定与级别划分、测试容差、测试数据接口、被测对象与测试设备接口等工程环节的兼容性设计要求，纵向测试性设计要求保证了武器装备全寿命周期测试诊断的一致性和兼容性，该研究对提高武器装备的测试性水平和实现武器装备一体化测试，具有重要意义。

Study of Vertical Testability for Weapon Equipments

It studies the vertical testability and vertical test compatibility problem of testability engineering and analyses its important actions. It lucubrates the compatibility design requests for the segments such as the partition for maintain level, test tolerance, the interface of test data, the interface of UUT and test equipments, during the processes of development, manufacturing and using for weapon equipments. The vertical test testability design requests ensure the consistency and compatibility for test and diagnosis during the whole life cycle of weapon equipments. The study is important to improve the testability level and realize integral test for the weapon equipments.
