对西南地区水电站装机容量的几点看法

摘    要:合理利用西南水电资源是我国能源发展战略的重要组成部分,当前在水电开发中,水电站装机容量普遍偏大,利用小时数不断降低。水电站合理装机容量是电厂和电网2方面综合考虑的结果。西南水电不仅要满足送端省用电需求,还有部分电站要外送到东部负荷中心。送受端系统特点不同,对水电站的装机容量要求也不同。因此水电站装机容量不宜仅考虑自身的技术经济指标,还应考虑在系统中的定位和电网送出工程,对于西电东送电源不宜降低利用小时数。
