摘    要:丝网印刷在电子工业领域有着广泛的应用.在印制电路板上的应用尤为突出,而且向着更精更细的方向发展.影响印制电路板精度的因素有很多,针对精细丝网印刷过程,把网屏看作一个半渗透膜,依据牛顿流体力学和润滑理论建立了一个类似非接触型丝网印刷的几何数学模型,从而更好的对精细丝网印刷进行指导.

Abstract:Screen printing has been widely used in electronic industry, especially in printing circuit board. The screen was regarded as a permeable membrane. A mathematical model basic on Newtonian fluids and lubrication theory for print circuit board was built for the process of fine screen printing. The purpose was to provide guidance for fine screen priming.
