| 摘 要： | 资金是企业生产经营的物质基础，在市场经济条件下，企业应管好用好资金，充分挖掘资金潜力，以提高企业资金使用效果和企业经济效益，从目前看，许多国有企业存在着资金占用较多，周转缓慢从而收入，效益下降的问题，资金管理不善已成为制约企业生存和发展的关键问题之一，所以企业要把资金管理提高到事关企业生死存亡的高度来思考。
