| 摘 要： | 在全面分析铁路客车轴承箱清洗机控制特点的基础上，设计了轴承箱清洗机控制系统，介绍了利用VB语言实现控制系统上位机与PLC通信的方法，其中PLC作为下位机，用来完成控制量的输出、传感器数据的采集等工作，上位机用来完成数据分析、状态显示、实时监控等功能。该系统已经在实践中得到了应用。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the control of bearing box washing machine, the control system of washing machine was designed. The method of communication between host computer and PLC was introduced by VB language. The PLC as computer has done the work of control signal output, data acquiring of sensors. The upper computer implemented the data analysis, status display, runtime supervise, etc. The system was applicated in a plant. |
