铝矾土除铁、硅、钛氧化物工艺的研究

摘    要:提出了一种新的生产工艺,即用氢氧化钠和氢氟酸联合在常温下处理铝矾土中铁、硅、钛氧化物,制得的产品中氧化铝的含量达到94%以上,可以作为耐火材料的原料。因此这种新的生产工艺具有潜在的利用前景。

Abstract:One kind of new production craft was proposed,namely got jointly with the sodium hydroxide and the hydrofluoric acid in the normal temperature to process,the iron the silicon,the titanium oxide compound from alumia.The results showed that the content of bauxite in the product was up to 94 %,which can be used as the fire-proof raw material.Therefore,this kind of new production craft could have the latent use prospect.
