铝及其合金缎面阳极氧化工艺

摘    要:给出了铝合金缎面阳极氧化工艺流程,并给出了各流程的处理方法。主要介绍了缎面制取方法中的机械喷砂法和化学法。对氧化膜的外观、厚度、封闭质量、耐光照及耐高温性、耐醇性提出了检验要求。结果表明,零件表面粗糙度越好,缎面外观质量越好;化学抛光及消光时,要控制温度时间;喷砂法劳动强度大、生产效率低,但不受零件材质限制,化学法正好相反。

Abstract:The process flow of anodic oxidation of aluminum and its alloy for satin finish was presented,and the treatments of every flow were given.The methods to prepare satin finish including machine sandblast method and chemical method were introduced.The test demands on appearance,thickness,sealing quality,light and high temperature resistance and alcohol resistance were suggested.The results show that the appearance quality of stain face is better with improved roughness;the temperature and time should be controlled during chemical polishing and extinction;the sandblast method is not restricted by the material quality of parts,but involves high labour intensity and has low productivity,while the chemical method quite the reverse.
