改进功效系数法在抢修行动训练指标评估中的应用研究

摘    要:针对分队级战场抢修(battlefield damage assessment and repair,BDAR)行动仿真训练评估中的指标融合问 题,提出基于改进功效系数法的战场抢修行动训练定量指标评估模型。以行动准备阶段的工作计划拟制能力为研究 对象,分析相应的定量和定性指标参数需求,结合基于D-S 证据理论的定性指标评估值确定方法,运用改进后的功 效系数法对定量指标评估值进行计算。实例分析结果证明:该评估模型保持了与定性指标评语等级的一致性,为 BDAR 行动仿真训练评估系统中的指标融合建立了基础,具备有效性和实用性。

Application Research of Improved Efficiency Coefficient Method in Evaluation of Emergency Repair Action Training Index
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of index fusion in the training evaluation of unit level battlefield damage assessment and repair (BDAR) action simulation, a quantitative index evaluation model of BDAR action training based on improved efficacy coefficient method is proposed. Taking the work plan making ability in the action preparation phase as the research object, this paper analyzes the corresponding quantitative and qualitative index parameter requirements, and calculates the quantitative index evaluation value by using the improved efficacy coefficient method combined with the qualitative index evaluation value determination method based on D-S evidence theory. The example analysis results show that the evaluation model maintains the consistency with the qualitative index evaluation level, establishes the foundation for the index fusion in the BDAR action simulation training evaluation system, and is effective and practical.
