| 摘 要： | 中专学校在合并升格后，学生的层次由原来的纯中专向中专、高职、大专三种层次转变，这给团建工作带来了新的挑战。本文就中职向高职转轨升格后的特殊时期，团建工作如何抓住机遇，应对挑战，提出了对策。

| Abstract: | After the technical secondary schools have been merged and upgraded, the role of the students has been changed from the students in purely technical secondary schools to those in technical secondary schools, vocational colleges and colleges, which brings a new challenge to Youth League construction work. This paper puts forward some measures to Youth League construction work on how to grasp opportunities and face challenges during the special period of transferring from vocational middle schools to vocational colleges. |
