摘    要:提出了一种改变两连架杆初始角度差调节滑块行程的齿轮-六杆滑块机构,其具有齿轮连杆机构的优点.对其速度运动学方程进行分析,并在此基础上利用MATLAB/Simulink软件包对该机构进行运动学仿真,通过仿真可得到滑块和连杆的运动规律,为机构的设计、制造和应用提供了依据.同时验证了改变两连架杆初始角度差来调节滑块行程的目的.并解释了滑块行程调节的方法.

Abstract:The paper puts forward a kind of Geared six-bar slip block mechanism that changing margin of two binding linkage's initial angles regulates a route of slip block,it has the advantage of the geared six-bar slip block mechanism.Then the paper analyses the vector kinematics equation of the speed,and on this foundation,makes use of the software package of Simulink to carry on kinematic simulation to the mechanism,the kinematic regulation of slip block and linkages provide the basis for the design and manufacture and application of the mechanism.At the same time,simulation verifies the purpose that changing margin of two binding linkage's initial angles regulates a route of slip block,and explains the way of slip block's regulation.
