| 摘 要： | 本文总结了大连大起集团公司３ ｔ自由锻锤用室式燃油加热炉改造的经验及效果。通过对炉体结构、燃烧系统、排烟系统等改造以及回收烟气余热，降低了能耗，改善了操作环境，减少了设备维修量，取得了满意的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the experience and effect of reform on box type oil burning heating furnace used in 3 t free forging hammer.By reforming furnace body structure,combustion and exhaust system and recoverying waste gas heat,the energy consumption is lowered,the operating enviroment is improved,the maintenance of equipment is reduced and satisfactory economic benefits and social benefits are obtained. |
