分析了目前纺粘法产品的生产形势,认为企业竞争激烈、效益下滑的主要原因是产品单一化,指出了只有开发功能型产品才是企业的发展出路。同时介绍了加入功能性母粒、采用双组分纺丝组件、改变喷丝孔形状、增加功能性整理剂浸渍/烘干处理、利用水刺固结等几种生产功能型复合纺粘布的新工艺。

Aslo it introduced several new producing process of the functional compound nonwovens, for instance feeding the functional additive, using the bi-compound spin assembly, changing the spinneret hollow′s style, using spunlace process and so on.
