摘    要:离子金属聚合物复合物(IPMC)同时可以用来制作驱动元件和敏感元件,具有质量轻、驱动电压低的特点。介绍了一种IPMC特性的测试平台,通过激光传感器实现对条形IPMC端部变形的非接触测量,同时使用一套数据采集设备对驱动电压、电流、传感器的输出进行数据实时采集。对一种IPMC样品进行了研究,得到了浸润时间与活性之间的关系;对元件的动态特性进行了研究,使用实验数据对IPMC元件进行了建模,得到了一个近似的二阶系统表达式。

Abstract:Ionic polymer metal composites(IPMC) possess the possibility to be used both as actuator and sensor,light weight and low driving voltage.Here,a platform for the test of IPMC's characters was introduced.The movement of a bar IPMC's tip was measured via a laser displacement sensor.The information of the driving voltage,current and the displacement sensor's output,were acquisitioned by an AD board,and then input into a computer for analyses.The experiments were launched on a commercially available sample.The relationship between the dipping time and the activity was got.The IPMC's dynamic characters were studied also.The result indicated that it can be modeled as a second-order system.
