摘    要:采用SHS(Self-propagatingHigh-temperatureSynthesis)离心法制备类1Cr18Ni9耐蚀合金内衬复合钢管。通过SEM和TEM方法研究了其组织特征。结果表明,在合金中存在大量位错以及与基体有完全共格界面的NiAl金属间化合物,合金呈典型的铸态组织,基体具有体心立方结构

Abstract:The principle of SHS (Selfpropagating Hightemperature Synthesis) centrifugal process which is used to produce composite pipes is introduced and the microstructure of corrosion resistance alloy produced by the above technique is studied in detail using SEM and TEM in this paper There are many dislocations and NiAl intermetallics with excellent coherency interface to the matrix The crystallographic structure of the matrix is bcc
