| 摘 要： | 视音频资料是高校的宝贵资源,长期以来由于受技术所限,视音频素材主要采用录像带的方式存储,使得视音频资源的长期存储、保管存在困难和使用率低.在高校构建媒体资产管理系统实现对视音频资源的数字化存储并通过校园网实现资源共享,从而大大提高了视音频媒体资产的使用价值和利用率.

The construction of media assets management systems brings about digitalized storage of audio and visual materials and integrated share of information through webs of the campus, thus increasingly upgrading the value in using and raising the operation rate of the audio and visual media assets. |
