摘    要:邹县发电厂1000MW超超临界机组制粉系统磨煤机出口分离器的煤粉运行中携带大颗粒,对制粉系统分离器结构、工作原理进行分析,研究煤粉中携带大颗粒物的主要原因,并采取相应对策。通过对分离器的结构改造,大颗粒现象已消除。

Abstract:The milling system of the 1000MW ultra-supercritical units of Zouxian power plant in Shandong province is pressured and direct firing system,the pulverized coal at outlet of mill separator carried coal pellets since the unit7# put into production.The checking test of unit's capability couldn't bring to success.Studied the configuration and working elements of mill separator,analyzed the main reason of the pulverized coal carrying coal pellets,and pointed out corresponding countermeasures.
