LB-20单链冷拔管机主链板可靠性设计

摘    要:对LB-20单链冷拔管机的主链条链板进行了可靠性设计分析。分析表明,在同等条件下,可靠性设计较常规设计链板厚度可减少25%,由此使设备制造成本和生产成本降低。

Abstract:An analysis is made with the reliability design of the main link-plate of LB-20 mono-chain pipe cold drawing mill. As a result, it can be concluded that under the same conditions, with the said reliability design, the plate thickness will be leduced by 25% relative to the traditional design, hence a significant reduction of both equipment manufacture and operational costs.
