摘    要:研究了硫酸催化甲酸甲酯(MF)与三聚甲醛偶联合成乙醇酸甲酯的反应,考察了甲酸甲酯与甲醛的摩配比、硫酸用量、反应温度、反应时间对收率的影响,优选出反应最佳条件:反应温度100℃、三聚甲醛12g、MF45ml、H2SO410ml、反应时间4h。在此反应条件下得到乙醇酸甲酯收率36.20%和甲氧基乙酸甲酯收率24.10%的结果。

Abstract:Methyl formate (MF) is coupled with trioxane to synthesize methyl glycolate(MG) over a sulphuric acid catalyst.The effects are studied of the ratio of HCHO/MF (mol/mol), amount of sulphuric acid, reaction temperature and time on the product yield. The reaction conditions optimized are t =100℃, (HCHO) 3=12g, MF=45 ml, H 2SO 4=10ml, and time=4h, under which the yields of methyl glycolate and methyl methoxyacetate obtained are 36.2% and 24.1% , respectively.
