偏心裙房结构的扭转反应分析

摘    要:多高层结构设计中,裙房偏心引起整个结构的扭转反应十分明显。分析表明,引起偏心裙房结构扭转反应的本质原因是结构的刚度中心在底部裙房处发生突然偏离,从而造成刚度中心的上下不连续,此时地震扭转计算和抗扭设计的关键就是调整结构的平面布置以及抗侧力构件的刚度,使其在结构平面上达到合理的分布,进而提高偏心裙房结构的抗扭性能。本文通过模型分析及工程实例分析,总结了偏心裙房结构扭转反应的主要影响因素及抗扭设计方法建议。

Abstract:Among design of multi-story and highrise building, it is obvious that the center of the offset podium caused torsion to the whole structure. Analysis shows that the real reason of torsion is the center of rigidity which deviate from its usual route at the bottom of the annex suddenly and lead to discontinuity. In this case, the key to earthquake torsion computation and the design resistant to torsion is to adjust plane of structure layout and lateral stiffness of component, so that the rigidity can be distributed on the surface of the texture reasonably. In this way, the torsion resistance ability of bias fixed annex structure could be improved. In this paper, main factors caused torsion of the bias fixed annex structure are given through analysing model and the project case. According to that, some advice on design are given.
