摘    要:为改善污水处理厂Carrousel氧化沟运行情况,从一种新的角度———氧的传递出发,建立氧的传递反应模型,通过清水充氧试验及正交试验,研究了在改良型Carrousel氧化沟小试装置中,投加悬浮生物填料及改变曝气方式后系统氧的传递效果。结果表明,填料投配率为30%时,系统的氧的传递系数KL,α最大;且将系统原倒伞曝气改为倒伞+微孔的联合曝气方式后,氧的传递效果大大增加。最终确定系统优化工况为:填料投配率30%,HRT=10 h,污泥龄为25 d,采用联合曝气(倒伞转速为58.5 r/min,微孔曝气体积流量为80 L/h),夜间间歇曝气。

Abstract:To improve the Carrousel oxidation ditch operation,this article from a new angle-oxygen transfer-reaction establishes a mathematic model of oxygen transfer-reaction.Through oxygenated clean water experiment and orthogonal experiment,it researches on oxygen transfer after adding suspended biological stuffing and changing aeration system in Carrousel oxidation ditch.The results show that,on the one hand,when the volume radio of suspended biological stuffing is at 30%,the system of oxygen transfer coefficient is at peak;on the other hand,when the original system with down-umbrella aeration machine is improved to umbrella aeration machine combined with microporous aeration,the oxygen transfer effect increases greatly.And the optimal condition for system is that volume radio of suspended biological stuffing is 30%,HRT=10 h,SRT=25 d,use joint aeration(revolving speed of down-umbrella aeration is 58.5 r/min,microporous oxygen is 80 L/h),and use intermittent aeration at night.
