炭化秸秆与改性粉煤灰联合吸附吡唑酮废水中铵盐

摘    要:前期试验研究和采用X衍射仪(XRD)表征改性粉煤灰和炭化秸秆结构比较发现,6 mol.L-1的NaOH改性粉煤灰和无氧下650℃炭化的秸秆吸附性较好。通过它们联合吸附吡唑酮废水中的铵盐试验结果表明,最佳吸附工艺为炭化秸秆与改性粉煤灰的质量比为1.25:3.0,吸附温度为50℃,振荡频率120 r.min-1,饱和吸附时间4 h,吡唑酮废水中铵盐去除率为95.31%以上,表明炭化秸秆与改性粉煤灰是一种很好的吡唑酮废水的处理剂。

Abstract:In preliminary studies and use XRD to characterization structure comparisons of fly ash-modified and charring wheat straw we found: Absorbability of 6 mol·L-1 NaOH fly ash-modified and charring wheat straw of 650 ℃ stove without oxygen were preferable.By experiment of their united adsorption of ammonium sulfate from wastewater of pyrazolone,the result showed: The best process of absorbability was 1.25:3.0 mass ratio of fly ash-modified and charring wheat straw,50 ℃ of adsorbed temperature,oscillator frequency for 120 r·min-1,time of saturated adsorption was 4 h,more than 95.31% removal rate of ammonia from wastewater of pyrazolone.This result indicated that coal fly ash and charring wheat straw can be useful as an absorbent to treat wastewater from ammonium sulfate of pyrazolone.
