纳米乳液的成膜机理及纳米粉体在其中的作用研究

摘    要:从纳米乳液成膜机理的研究着手,考察了玻璃化转变温度与最低成膜温度的关系,确认了纳米粒子小尺寸效应带来的成膜温度降低;通过纳米粉体分散条件的研究,找到了适宜的分散方法并保证了分散体系的稳定性;通过对纳米钛白粉和纳米硅溶胶效果的研究,确认了不同的纳米材料分别具有提高涂膜硬度、耐磨性和耐沾污性的作用。

Abstract:This paper discusses the nano emulsion membrane from a study of the mechanism to examine the glass transition temperature and minimum temperature, the relations between into film confirmed nanoparticles small size effect brought into film temperature decreased;Through the nano powder dispersing condition of research found the appropriate method and ensure the scattered scattered the stability of the system; Through to the nano titanium dioxide and nano silicon sol, confirm the research on the effect of different nanometer material is raisin respectively film hardness ,wear resistance and stain resistance role.
