摘    要:针对复杂受力情况下的高层建筑转换梁设计及施工中存在的问题展开研究,通过对实际工程案例———阳光小区一号楼转换梁中遇到的实际问题,运用大型有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟分析,比较偏心与不偏心、满跨与不满跨这几种情况下,框支转换梁的受力性能及变形特征。探讨处于复杂受力情况下框支转换梁在竖向荷载下的工作机理,以期得出一些对工程实际具有指导性的结论,为设计优化与施工组织提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, the problems in designing and constructing of transfer story under complex situation in tall building arc reserched. So the finite element software-ANSYS was used in analyzing the internal force and reforming characters of transfer story which is under complex situation in engineering practice. Failure mechanism of transfer story which is under complex situation subjected to vertical loading are discussed. The results of this analysis can provide some advice for designing and constructing of transfer story.
