| 摘 要： | 在房地产调控的背景下,开发商资金链极度紧张。大部分开发商的融资渠道单一,完全依赖银行信贷资金,造成多数房地产开发企业融资困难。目前开发商迫切需要摆脱依赖银行信贷的单一局面,走多元化发展路线,采用多种融资途径方法,适时转型。除了融资渠道外,最重要的还在于销售,降价促销无疑是开发商加速资金回笼的最好手段,是最可靠地回收资金的方案。房地产项目需要大量的资金投入,单纯的融资方式已经不符合现在的市场环境要求。

| Abstract: | Regulation in the context of real estate,developers’ financial chain extremely tense.Most of the developers have only single financing channel.They rely on bank credit funds.So most of the real estate enterprises meet financing difficulties.Currently developers need to get rid of dependence on bank credit,need to use a variety of financing approach.In addition to the financing channels,the most important is marketing.Price promotion is undoubtedly the best means to speed up capital.Real estate project needs much capital investment,single financing way already does not conform to the present market environment. |
