棉/氨混纺织物氨纶含量快速分析方法研究

摘    要:采用近红外光谱技术和化学计量学方法,建立了一种快速无损测量棉氨纺织品中氨纶含量的分析方法。通过试验确定了纺织面料在光谱采集时的最佳测试条件;使用341个样品建立氨纶含量分析模型,模型性能良好,模型对样品的含量预测误差基本不高于2%,大部分在1%以内,平均偏差0.81%,其实际预测达到了纺织检测的标准要求。对进一步提高预测水平进行了研究,遴选50个有代表性的样品进行标值复测建模,证明了样品的精选精测确实能够提高模型的评价参数,但实际预测效果除了与模型评价参数相关外,还与样品的数量和代表性有密切关系。

Study on Rapid Quantitative Analysis Method of Cotton/spandex Blending Textiles
Abstract:A rapid and nondestructive quantitative analysis test method was made with near infrared spectroscopy technology and chemometrics.The optimal test conditions in collecting spectra of textiles were determined.341 samples were used to establish a cotton/spandex calibrating model,which performed well,and the absolute deviation of the prediction results was less than 2(%),most of the absolute deviation was less than 1(%),the average deviation was 0.81(%),which was in conformity with the provisions of the standard test method for textiles.50 typical samples were selected prudently to make further study on improving the prediction level.The standard values of the selected samples were retested,and a new calibrating model was established using the retested values.Results showed that selecting samples prudently and testing values prudently can improve the evaluation parameters of the calibrating model,but the practical prediction results of the model were closely related to not only the evaluation parameters,but also the sample size and the representativeness of the samples.
