摘    要:以某跨运河斜拉桥主墩中1.5 m嵌岩桩为例,从泥浆循环系统设置、选择孔位、埋设护筒、覆盖层成孔施工等方面对结合使用旋转钻和冲击钻的成孔技术进行了介绍,并对冲击钻机成孔事故的防止和处理措施进行了阐述,以供类似工程桩基的施工参考。

Abstract:On base of the 1.5 m rock socketed pile in the key pier of one cable stayed bridge canal-crossing,it introduces the pore-forming technique combined rotary drilling and percussion drilling from the aspects of system institution of slurry,hole site selection,canister inbuilt,pore-forming construction on cover level,and represents prevention and treatment measures of percussion drilling and pore-forming accidents,which will supply reference to the similar pile foundation construction in projects.
