利用原状干排粉煤灰配制高强混凝土试验研究

摘    要:利用新海电厂原状干排粉煤灰及其它常规原材料,研制出坍落 度达190-260,28d抗压强度达50-75MPa,抗渗等级超过P20的高强粉煤灰混凝土。讨论了粉煤灰掺量、胶材总量、砂率、水胶比、减水剂品种与掺量等参数对混凝土强度和流动性的影响,还讨论了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗渗性能的影响。

Abstract:The high strengt h coal-ash concrete that its slump is 190~260mm and its 28days compressive stren gth is 50~75MPa and its leakage-proof gr ade is more than P20 is manufactured in? this experimental research with original? coal-ash of Xinhai Electric factory and? ordinary material.The influence of addi tion amount of coal-ash,binding material? toal amount,sand ratio,water-cement rat io and water reducer of different variet ies and amount on the strength and worka bility of concrete is discussed in this? experimental research.The influence of a ddition amount of coal-ash on leakage-pr oof capability of concrete is discussed.
