| 摘 要： | 采用中温厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)工艺处理玉米酒精废水,并用产生的沼气烘干DDG饲料。处理后的废水生物降解率达到96%以上,COD小于1000mg/L,BOD小于600mg/L,达到国家污水三级排放标准。年处理废水33万t,烘干DDG饲料23000t,节煤6000t,多创利润285.30万元。

| Abstract: | EGSB was applied in wastewater alcohol treatment in the process of anaerobic expanded granular sludge bed at intermediate temperature and the.biogas was used in wind drying DDG. After the treatment the biodegradation was up to 96% or higher, COD less than 1 000mg/L, and BOD less than 600 mg/L, all meet national three level sewage disposal standards. Annual wastewater treatment capacity is 33 000 tons, DDG wind drying 23 000 tons, total a saving of 6 000 t of coal, and create economic benefit 285 000 Chinese yuan. |
