| 摘 要： | 介绍了科研管理信息系统应用软件的设计方法，对其关键软件设计流程中的系统总体设计、系统详细设计，尤其是对系统的E—R图进行了分析和构建。研究了需采用的软件架构，给出了软件实现的流程和软件实现的功能模块。基于结构查询语言（SQL），提供了关键功能模块的程序编码，采用PowerBuilder9．0前端软件开发工具开发的科研院所和企业通用的管理系统，有效提高了管理效率，加快了科研进程，具有一定的实用性。

| Abstract: | This Paper introduces design method of information system application software of scientific research management, and analyzes the overall design of system, detailed design of system for its key software design flow, especially builds Entity-Relation diagram （E-R） of system. The software structure to be used is studied and the flow and function model for software realization is proposed. Based on Structured Query Language （SQL） structure query language, this paper provides sequential coding of key fimction module. The common management system of for scientific research institute and enterprises developed !-y using PowerBuilder9.0 front end software development tool can improve the management efficiency and accelerate the scientific research process and has definite practicability. |
