摘    要:以平面波动理论为基础,借助有限元方法中结构离散化的思想,建立了活塞压缩机管路气流脉动的模拟模型,并利用FORTRAN编写了计算程序,获得管路任意位置压力脉动幅值及波形。针对现有计算模型精度不足的问题,对模型进行了修正.搭建活塞压缩机管道系统气流脉动实验台,并对管道系统各个位置压力脉动幅值及波形进行了测量测量结果证实了修正后计算模型的正确性和波动理论的适用范围。

Abstract:Based on the one-dimension wave theory and discretization method in FEM,the nathematical model was established to simulate the gas pulsation in the piping system of reciprocating compressor,and the program was written in Fortran language to prediet the amplitudes of the pulsed pressure together with the pressuce waves at any given position of the piping system. In order to obtain the results with higher accuracy, the model was modified. A test rig was built up to experimentally investigate the gas pulsation in the piping syslem of the reciprocating compressor,in which the amplitudes of the pulsed pressure together with the pressure curves can be recorded. The new model that was proved by the experimental date was exactitude. And the experimental date provided range of application in wave theory.
