摘    要:研究了建立基于Pro/Engineer的齿轮塑件参数化设计系统的基本方法及步骤,以VisualC++6.0、Relations、Parameters以及Pro/TOOLKIT程序作为工具包,开发了可对不同结构和形式的标准渐开线齿轮塑件进行参数化的模型库,该模型库的建立为开发齿轮塑件注塑模CAD系统奠定了基础。通过调用Pro/TOOLKIT自带的User Interface Dialog Boxes(UI)对话框,论述了制作该对话框的步骤及注意事项。点选不同的齿轮塑件时,可以实现相应的功能,设计人员可以方便地调用所需齿轮而不必查阅手册,省时省力。实际应用表明该系统具有友好的用户界面,并且可以提高工作效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic methods and processes of building a plastic gear parametric design system Which based on Pro/Engineer were researched, the parametric model library of standard involute plastic gears with different structures and shapes was developed by using Visual C+ + 6.0, Relations, Parameters and pro/TOOLKIT. The establishment of this model library laid the foundation for the development of the gear injection mold CAD system. After that the steps of establishment and the points for attention are described by the User Interface Dialog Boxes (UI) in pro/TOOLKIT. The corresponding functions are realized by selecting different plastic gears, by this function, the designers can callout the gears needed conveniently without looking up handbooks, and can save time and manpower. The practical application indicates that this system has friendly interface and can improve work efficiency.
