井筒砂粒运移规律室内模拟实验研究

摘    要:利用研制的井筒携砂实验装置,模拟了一定砂粒配比下不同井型中的携砂情况.观察了颗粒在不同倾斜角度的井筒中的运移方式,测定了不同粒径的砂粒被携带出的临界流量,揭示了颗粒直径同流体流量关系变化规律.实验结果表明,流体的流速和携砂管的倾斜程度对砂粒携带能力有很大影响,流体流速越大,携带的颗粒直径也越大,砂粒在携砂管中的流动方式随携砂管倾斜角度而变化,携砂管垂直放置时,颗粒以均匀悬浮方式运移:携砂管倾斜时,颗粒以非均匀分层流动、跳跃和移动床流动方式运移.同一粒径砂粒在不同倾斜携砂管中的临界流量表明,携砂管倾斜60°时,携带能力最弱,携砂管垂直时携砂能力最强.

Abstract:A series of laboratory experiments on sand grain migration pattern in sand-carrying pipe with different angle of inclination were performed using the self-made test equipment.The critical flow rates of sand grains with different size migrated from the sand-carrying pipe with different angle of inclination were measured.The relationship between size of sand grain and critical flow rate was revealed.The experimental results indicate that the fluid flow rate and the angle of inclination of sand-carrying pipe have great influence on the sand-carrying capability.The size of sand grain gets larger with the increase of fluid flow rate.The migration patterns of sand grains change with angle of inclination of sand-carrying pipe.The sand grains migrate as the uniform suspension pattern in the vertical pipe,while sand grains move as the un-uniform separate beds in the inclined pipe.The test of critical fluid flow rates for the same size of sand grains indicate that the sand-carrying capability in the vertical pipe is the highest,while the sand-carrying capability in the pipes with 60 degrees in angle of inclination is the lowest.
