Fe-Cr-Mo合金颗粒对磁流变弹性体损耗因子的影响

摘    要:为改善磁流变弹性体(MRE)的阻尼性能,使用Fe-Cr-Mo合金颗粒(通过电火花方法制备得到)与硅橡胶混合制备得到了MRE样品.利用DHVTC振动测试系统测试了MRE在0~500 m T磁场范围内的动态剪切性能(激振频率为5 Hz,应变振幅为1.90%).重点研究了Fe-Cr-Mo颗粒对MRE的损耗因子的影响.结果表明,Fe-Cr-Mo合金颗粒含量达到70%时,MRE的零场损耗因子具有最大值0.24.此外,当磁场强度达到500 m T时,MRE(颗粒含量为60%)的损耗因子增加了13%.增加MRE中Fe-Cr-Mo合金颗粒含量,或者增大外磁场都会导致MRE损耗因子的提高.

Abstract:Loss factor is an important parameter to evaluate magnetorheologcial elastomers (MRE). In this paper, the Fe-Cr-Mo alloy particles were prepared by using an electric discharge machine. The soft magnetic particles were filled in a silicone rubber to prepare the MRE, and their dynamic shear properties in the range of 0 mT to 500 mT magnetic field were measured by DHVTC vibration system. The excitation frequency is 5 Hz, and the strain amplitude is about 1.90%. The influence of Fe-Cr-Mo particles on the loss factor of the MRE was discussed in the paper. It is found that the loss factor of the MRE increases as the particle content varies from 40% to 70%. The sample containing 70% particles owns the highest loss factor of 0.24 under 0 mT. In addition, the higher magnetic field causes the larger loss factor. The loss factor of the sample with 60% particles increases by 13% with the magnetic field changing from 0 mT to 500 mT.
