摘    要:电网运行新规则要求风力发电机在电网电压跌落的情况下仍与电网相连接,这需要根据风力发电机同电网的具体连接情况,采取适当的保护措施,安装必要的设备来实现。例如:安装 Crowbar低压旁路系统、采用带 UPS逆变器的电路和带 UPS逆变器的 Crowbar电路等。这些保护措施各有其优缺点,在具体设计时,应根据实际情况合理选择。

Abstract:The new regulations of power grid operation require that wind turbine-generator keep connected with the grids even in the situation of grid voltage drop. Based on the connection between wind turbines and grids, proper protective measures and necessary equipment, such as equipping with Crowbar low voltage bypass system, using circuits with UPS inverter, or using Crowbar circuit with UPS inverter, are needed. These protective measures have their own merits and disadvantages, thus, they have to be chosen carefully in the design process.
