摘    要:针对某厂4L空气压缩机气体含油污问题,进行了4L空气压缩机无油润滑改造设计,尤其是对无油润滑关键部件进行了特殊设计.同时复算了中间压力、排气量和轴功率,改造实施后,该机运转良好,气体含油污问题得到彻底解决.

Abstract:Improvement of 4L air compressor without oil lubrication was made in the light of the problem that there is lubrication oil in compressed air. Special design was made especially to key parts of the compressor. At the same time, parameters including middle pressure, exhaust volume and axle power were recalculated. After improvement, the compressor is in good working conditions and the compressed air is clean.
