| 摘 要： | 教师的教学质量直接影响着整个学校的办学质量，如何利用现代信息技术来有效地对教师的教学质量进行评价，将对教学质量的提高有着积极的作用。本文阐述了教学质量评价系统的主要功能，提出了系统的设计方案。
