| Abstract: | Advantages and disadvantages of EPC model construction in the project are analyzed in the paper according to construction experience of adopting design procurement construction general contracting mode in some works in overseas BOT general contracting hydropower project. Related recommendations are proposed, thereby providing reference for ＇ going-out＇ enterprises in hydropower project development and management. |
